Returning Students:

Registration is now open for returning Placer Enrichment Students.

In order to secure a spot for the fall, all steps below must be completed. Spots will not be secured until all steps are completed:

New Students:

To register your child, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Please complete the registration form below (1 for each child). We will check availability and let you know if there is space. Please do not pay the registration fee until you have confirmation of space available.

Step 2: Once we have confirmed that space is available, complete the steps below. Spots will not be secured until all steps are completed:

The annual registration fee is $100 per family and is non-refundable. Your spot will not be secured until the registration fee has been paid. Registration fees are private pay only and cannot by paid with charter funds. If the class requested is full, we will add your child to the waiting list.

Class Fees

Please note that class fees are separate from the registration fee. Class fees must be paid before the first day of class each semester. If you intend to use charter funds, please make sure that Placer Enrichment receives your voucher before the first day of class. It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure timely submission of the voucher. We are a vendor for the following charter schools: Clarksville, Feather River, Cottonwood, South Sutter, Harvest Ridge and Horizon. If you are with another charter and you would like to pay with charter funds, please reach out.

Volunteer Hours

To make this program possible, we ask each family to sign up for volunteer slots each semester. 

If your child attends a Monday/Wednesday (Fruitvale Location), you are required to volunteer for 4 slots per semester. For all other classes, we ask for 1 slot per semester (as needed).

Families who attend Monday/Wednesday (Fruitvale Location) are expected to choose their slots before the first day of each semester. If no slots are selected, they will be assigned. Please keep in mind that if you are setting up or breaking down, your child(ren) must be with you at all times. We cannot allow them to be unsupervised outside.

While we encourage and appreciate volunteering, we understand that it may not be possible for everyone. For Monday/Wednesday families (Fruitvale location), we offer an opt-out option for a fee of $125.
